Privacy policy
Updated on
Creators trust us with details that could put them at risk if they leaked. This policy explains what MapleCreatorLab collects, what it deliberately avoids, and the choices you have under Canadian privacy law, including Quebec's rules if you live there.
1Who looks after your information
Techno Hiker Pvt Ltd, an Indian company that operates MapleCreatorLab, is answerable for the information described here. Reach us at hello@maplecreatorlab.online or through the audit form.
2What we collect
- From the audit form: the name you choose to give, an email, the kind of creator you are, your public links, where your fans are, and your message.
- If we work together: our agreement, invoices, emails and the plans we write for you.
3What we never ask for
- Platform passwords or logins.
- Your legal name, unless it is needed for an invoice you request in that name.
- Your home address, private messages with fans, payout details or explicit material.
4How we use it
To answer your audit request, to do the work you ask for, to keep required financial records, and to keep this site safe. Nothing else, unless you agree first.
5Cookies and tracking
This site uses one essential cookie that stops forged form submissions. It has no analytics, advertising or profiling tools, and nothing on it identifies, locates or profiles visitors.
6Who else sees it
Our hosting and email providers handle data on our behalf. Anyone working on your plan sees only what the work needs, under a confidentiality commitment. We share information with authorities only when the law compels us, never sell it, and never reveal who our clients are without written consent.
7Where it is stored
The studio is run from India and uses providers outside Canada, so your information may be held abroad, under other countries' laws. We choose providers that protect it and limit what we keep.
8Keeping and deleting
- Audits that never become work: erased inside twelve months.
- Working files: deleted a year after the engagement ends, or sooner if you ask.
- Invoices: kept as long as tax law requires.
9Your rights
Request a copy of your data at any time, fix anything wrong, take back your consent, or, where permitted, have it erased. We confirm who is asking, then reply within thirty days. Concerns can also go to Canada's federal privacy commissioner or, for Quebec residents, to the province's own privacy regulator.
